As of this time, we will not be taking any international orders (Outside of Canada + USA) that do not have a shipment tracking option. Since this will vary from a case by case basis, if there is an issue with your order and tracking is unavailable, we will contact you to cancel your order.
With the global pandemic we are experiencing, there has been changing border relations and limited transportation availabilities. While this can vary from place to place, possible shipping delays can occur at various destinations.
Although reports change from week to week (Dependant on outbreaks, lockdowns, transportation availability and shipping companies across the world) the following estimates are the reports we have been seeing from shipping companies in late April.
- Shipments within Ontario are experiencing delays up to 5 business days
- Shipments within Montreal are experiencing delays up to 4 business days
- Shipments within BC are experiencing delays up to 2 business days
- For Priority and First Class Mail services shipments delayed on average by an additional 1-2 business days
- Parcel Select and Media Mail (ground shipments) are seeing severe delays for delivery and tracking updates
International shipments seem to experience the most delays as various countries take precaution measures to minimize the spread of the virus. It is important to understand that for international orders the shipments will likely travel to multiple countries before arriving at its destination. While the disruptions varies from country to country and is heavily dependant on availability of flights, it is encouraged to seek out latest updates from the destination country postal service for the most accurate information.
With the following countries in particular, packages will be transported by sea to combat the lack of available flights and may cause delays of approximately 7-55 business days:

International Refunds / Cancellations
Please note that all shipping personnels are working as hard as they can to minimize delays for shipments around the world but are expecting most delivery times for international shipments (Outside of Canada/USA) to take up to 75 days. We hope that you can understand that shipments are out of our control once it is passed on to the postal services, and that we will not be accepting refunds or order cancellations if your order tracking status is still showing to be in transit as most of these items are in fact on their way to you. However if your package is still in transit after the estimated total delivery time of up to 75 days and still has not arrived, please contact us and we will try to resolve your problem to the best of our ability.
In regards to Canadian and US refunds and cancellations, while we have been seeing small delays for certain areas there have not been issues with missing packages. If you feel that there is an issue with your shipment please contact us for guidance.
