Who designs these products?

I do! My name is Ivy and I design or illustrate all the products on this website. I'm a graphic designer, illustrator and part time high school teacher. Making things make me happy.

Where are these products made?

The products are designed in Vancouver, and made in a variety of countries: Canada, USA, or China. Every order is hand packed and shipped by me.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Every order takes 1 - 2 days to process. A that point I will drop it off at a post office. Delivery times are:

Canada: 2 - 4 Business Days
USA: 4 - 10 Business Days
International: 5 - 21 Business Days

Will my order come with a tracking number?

You can select the shipping option with tracking during checkout to receive a tracking number.

Will I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Customs and import taxes differ depending on country, buyers are responsible for any customs and import tax that may apply.

What are your return and exchange policies?

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the following are met:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
