Due to the global pandemic, changing border relations, transportation availabilities and constant changes from one place to another shipping delays can often take place.
Holiday Delays
With the influx of holiday shipments, shipping carriers are experiencing higher than usual demands for delivery. Along with covid related restrictions, shipments may take longer than usual to deliver during the holiday season.
Holiday Shipments
For US Shipments, USPS recommends that all shipments be shipped by December 17th for a December 25th delivery. If you are placing an order for Christmas and hope to have it by Christmas day, I suggest placing an order no later than December 14th to be safe.
For Canadian shipments, as delivery delays seem to vary from province to province it is difficult to say when a safe timeline will be for Christmas orders. From my personal judgement, I'd suggest placing an order no later than December 9th to be safe.
For international orders it is unlikely that orders will make it to your country before Christmas at this time.
Refunds and Cancellations
As shipping couriers are not currently guaranteeing shipping dates we will not be issuing any order cancellations and refund requests due to delayed shipments. If your shipment does not arrive after the estimated delivery timeline including delay estimates, please reach out to let me know.

While delays can vary from day to day these are approximate delays you can expect for the following destinations:
Canada : 1- 7 Days (3-11 Days Total)
United States : 1-2 Days (3-7 Days Total)
International: 4-25 Business Days (5-45 Days Total)

Import + Duties
Some international destinations will require additional import and duties upon receiving your order. This differs from country to country and it will be the buyer's duty to pay these fees in order to receive their goods.
EU + UK Customers
For EU and UK locations you can pay these fees upfront by shopping through our Etsy Page.
